I'm not sure if it matters, but in this string you normally also see the country code EG. us, uk, es, it, sa etc..

you know, now the system working fine up and running , if i reboot it will go to bois.

Hello talkhalidi,

It took some time to get the answer from the Alcatel tech supp guys but they couldn't help me solve the issue. They finaly advised me to raise an RMA and have the board replaced.
