Divert routing - OXO

Standard behaviour A user diverts his phone and then recieves an external call if the call is not answered at the divert destination the call will obey the dyn routing of the original set. Can this behaviour be changed to obey the routing of the destination set? Had a look at noteworthy addresses and could not find anything.
