ccs licences

I had a cc system with 1 ccs monosite licence.
I recently upgraded the systems sw and added 2 x ccs light licences, i thought this would give me 3 simultaneous access to ccs supervision in total but i can only log onto 2 sessions.
Is this correct ?

why 3? if you 2 then it is 2...

1 CCS full + 2 ccs Light => still 3 CCS (but only one with management capability).
Why not contact presale guy who made the offer?

Maybe it is how you installed the CCS...

the customer uses one for ccs supervision/programing and wanted two for visual status of pilots.
Im assuming by your answer there is different ways to install the ccs software one as a ccs light and one as full ?

Are you sure you added two licenses and not just one? Check the licenses with spadmin and post here.

77 CCS mono-site = 2

i checked the system pre upgrade and the user could configure one session via CCS.

I have just checked the ACTIS from the upgrade and is shows CCS - mono site 1 and 2 &
2 X CCS light; therefore i thought 3 sessions would be available ?

If CCS monosite says two, you get 2. One comes default with the starter and so on...you need additional license for 3.

thanks, i was a little confused as there was an oringinal starter ccs licence (1), 2 new licences were ordered on actis ccs lite. I thought that would be 3 obviously not, so i guess i should have ordered 3 ccs lites ! cheers for you help

I don't think sales ordered 2 more, I think they bumped it up to 2 from one.
