Not allow private call from Attendant

I could not make private call from Attendant (By using ARS personal TG with Overlap)

How to make it work
It going to be urgent

when you press the ARS prefix what happend? in what part of the dialling appears your problem?

Nothing happend But message "Sorry operator not allow"
