Complementary information displayed on the 9-series phone

Hi,
I need some information on these 'complementary information" on the 9-series phone on OXE R8.0.1-g1503.16b, it is new installation.

When an administrative Alcatel-Lucent 8 or 9 series set dials a room or guest set number or vice-versa,
complementary information is given on the administrative set display, basically on the receptionist phone it will display as:
"guest_name*UK", is there are setting or parameters we can disable it?
I have test it on the 4035T operator console, the same information is displayed.

You can change Multioccupation type to change the display.
Applications > Hotel > Numerical Parameters > Multiocc type > Dynamic multioccupation (=default).
There are 4 dyn.occ types with different display settings.

Hi there,

I also modified Multiple Occupancy Type as your request however it wasn't changed.

In case receiving of the calling party the 4029 only display "name UK" in contrast to 4035T that display both "name UK" and room number of guest room.

Would you please advice me what I should do?

I have the same problem, but I already asked this on my eSR they said that these information is always present when displayed on screen.
