Why I can see a lot lot question mark instead of numbers in the "Events Dashboard" window :?:
Any Ideas?

Yeah, open a browser and try to go to http://your.domain.local:8016 you should see some characters like squares, if not then something is blocking that port or the service is down in OTUC server.
