I'm a newbie and I just wanna ask if it is possible to remote the OXO? If so, Please give steps on how to remote the OXO.

For example I'm miles away from my clients and there is a problem with their OXO. Instead of going there I'll just have to access it trough telnet or through internet. Is it possible?

If you have IP connection - yes.
But if we say about usual Internet - I think you need to use VPN. Because in common case your OXO have private IP address and internet provider give you private IP address.

You need either VPN to the client site for IP, or you can set up the internal modem for dial up. The modem can answer an analog POTS line or a DID on a T1.

The networks are already on VPN. So, to make the story short I can remote access to the OXO through the WAN IP address, right?

yes, just forward port 443 to the oxo and you can access the oxo via the WAN IP,
don't forget to change the password of the oxo because everyone can have access to it.

Try starting OMC in passive mode. This works for me on a customer network where all the systems are given a real internet address. (Not my idea, I just have to support it....)
