Defective Power Supply ???

Hi!

I have recognized some uncommon entries in the log-files on serveral OS6850-stacks (see below). Fortunately it's just the redundant power-supply which seems to be removed, but on some stacks this log-entry appears regularly what makes me a little bit nervous.

Has anybody seen such log-entries before? Or does anybody know something about this problem?
