problem with digital phones and secondary line....

Hi Experts,

Good Day!!!
I have an OXO and it is connected with digital phones and analog phones. My problem is when one of the digital phones is used I cannot use the other digital phones seems like the lines are all secondary but when I double check my configuration it is not configured as secondary line. Any suggestions from anybody please?

Is the problem with external and internal calls? Are the phones reachable at this time?
How many digital phones are connected? Is there the same problem at all? We have had a similar problem: there was a problem with the cable, so that the phone at the neighbor port didn't work. For checking this please connect the phones directly at the pbx.
Otherwise you have to factory reset the pbx for next test. If than the problem is gone there is an issue in the database....

thanks for the reply. there is no problem with external and internal calls. Yes the phones are reachable at this time. For testing purposes, for the mean time i only connect 2 digital phones the 4019 & 4029. The phones are directly connected to the PBX. The problem is, for example when somebody is talking to a phone(4019) i cannot use the other phone(4029). For now I'll try to factory reset the PBX for next. Thanks again!!! :)
