4019/4028

At VoiceCon last week, I saw that Alcatel also have the 4019 and 4028 IP Touch phones. I haven't seen any announcement about them yet, but I saw that the 4019 is a digital (non IP) handset.

But I'm curious now, because the 4038 and 4068 are IP handsets, yet Alcatel spent some time talking about the 4028 at the show but I do not see any information about the 4028 on any Alcatel marketing information.
