call center setup

hello everybuddy
firstly thank you all for such contributions.
i need your help to set up a call center (OmniTouch Call Center Application Package 5.0.0-5.04.01) will be working with Alcatel OmniPCX office Compact Edition.
I tried it my self but faced with some errors while connecting with the PBX
1. while opening the Supervisor Console it keeps trying to connect with the pbx and in the bellow it shows like "the server is over loaded"
2. For the Agent Assistant, while opening, it saya "No more Agent Assistant License available" and after pressing ok it opens the window but all the menus ara inactive. nothing changes when i press any menu.

I also tried to find out the setup guide but unfortunately i couldnot find any.

Do you have license for this kind of service on your PBX? If so what kind of licenses?
