User was unable to save the database onto the floppy due to disk error message from the PCX after a bascul command was issued.
99% of the time the problem was with the cable (part # 3BA 28046 UA) between the slave CPU and the floppy drive. According to the Alcatel documentation the ‘RED’ ring end of the cable should attach to the floppy on the back plane.
