:? That is more a presales question, but basically the features and hardware hardness you can find on Alcatel OXE with Crystal Hardware is very good.

The main differences b/w Alcatel new pbxs and other vendor are

(a) Alcatel crystal technology
(b) TDM + VOIP & SIP technologies are merged, where as in other pbx these technologies are
not available in same version of pbx, means to say not merged. that is it my dear
