added digits incoming/dailed

Hello Guru's,


I have a problem for:

a. incoming calls: "0" digit is inserted as visually seen on the LCD of Digital set, upon retrieving from unanswered calls.
example : 04116556 it should be 4416556 only
b. outgoing calls: "7" digit is inserted as visually seen on LCD of digital set, where in digit "7" is never been included upon
dialing telephone numbers.
example: 74416556 it should be 4416556 only.

This only happens using PRA T2 board, system OXO 5.1/6.0

is anyone encountered the issue before?

Check the settings in your numbering-plan/installation numbers for the settings in the 'intercity code' and 'recall prefix'
