OXO and Cisco ATA 186

I configured a OXO and a cisco ATA 186for H323 connection. When i switch on the ATA every thing works fine. But after nearly 2 minutes I can't dial from the OXO to the ATA. On the display following message appears: unobtainable.
If I go off hook with an analog set connected to the ATA I even can't hear a dialtone.

After a reset it works again ( with dialtone at the analog set after off hook ) for 2 minutes. Does someone know a solution?

I believe this is an Alcatel issue (at least this is what Cisco said). You are probabaly configured as gatekeeper and the alcatel dosen't respond to the keep alivhange the operation mode to gatekeeper, you will loose features but it keeps working....
