Omnivista Hotel room sets tickets issue

I observed the following issue in a hotel (OXE 7.1, Omnivista 4.1): Tickets are loaded ok for administrative sets, but I have no ticket in Omnivista for room sets. The PBX is integrated with Micros Opera sending tickets with charging ok for both administrative and room phones.
This also happens with a OXE R 8.0 and Omnivista 4.2 (installed by a colleague of mine).

We have an old 4400 R3.2 and 4715 loading tickets ok for rooms.

Anyone came across this issue?
