extension out of service

Hi
I am experiencing a problem with an extension witch seems to be out of service I reset this extension but without out any success, when I tried the tradna command it shows problem cause is Att_mserv, please how can I put it again on service?

Have tried with another telephone set?
Have you verified cables and connections coming from PBX?
Also if this is in port 0 for example try to disconnect the one that is in port 1 and see what happens.

Sounds like you may have a wiring issue possibly crossed pairs in house wiring??? or a bad port on the board. seems weird!
