how to use preannouncement feature with ARS table

Hi all!,

i've got a question,

how can i use the preannouncement feature in the ARS table,

because i want an incoming DDI call to route through the ARS table and i want to use the preannouncement feature but it doesn't work.

is there a sollution to this problem?

hi..

First tell me some thing..why do u want to use ARS table...r u doing any numbering conversion..if not try to use DDI table..because i am using DDI table with pre announcement message it's working...

And other possiblities

Subscriber Misc > pre anouncement overview > add the extension

and select the mode before call distribution try to create all the days monday to sunday and see wht happens...let us know..

ARS is for outgoing....

DDI tranlator i thought was a 4200 feature that shouldnt be used in the OXO. the numbering plans is alll you need
