new software d 2314

hi

i am trying to install new software d2314, from the boot menu. it gives me an error that it is not a coff file. what could be the problem?
the capture is as follows:-

i am using bootpd from c:\
please let me know where i am wrong?

You must have software in folder c:\dhs3mgr\d2314.
Copy folders bootnt95, bootp, etc from c:\dhs3mgr\d2314\pcmao\boot_res to disc c:\.
You PC must have address 191.254.1.1.
Start "bootpd.exe" from folder c:\bootntn95\bin.
Check - you must have started bootpd, tftpd, rcatd. If you have direct ethernet connection with CPU (without routers and etc.) - installation process must be OK.
