Problems to access for port console

Hi.
I have I return from vacations, and when starting my virtual machine I have verified that I cannot accede to the console port. Nevertheless by telnet I accede correctly. When attempt to accede by the console port, secure crt gives the following thing me:
"Connection to session oxe nodo 4 failed: The remote system refused the connection. This probably means thtat the remote system does not provide the service you are attemting to access, or that the service is being provided on a different port."

I have running NPTP normally, clear.

License problems

Check VMWare serial port configuration. Also check that you are doing telnet to the right port of NTPT.
License problem? Where? Even if license is not there or expired it should allow a simple telnet connection.
