Gundam - that sounds like the right thing to do, but I don't find "Phone Facility COS" anywhere in the Omnivista 4760 tree or form windows, neither under the User item nor under Classes of Service. FRED

Phone Facility COS - another name phone feature COS (or telephone category, or tel. facility) depends of language and versions.
