PIMPHONY and OXE

HI, all
most of us knows the pimphony s/w applicattion ( PIMPHONY OPERATOR SUPERVISION) working with oxo systems.
Is there any application such that in OXE ( because most of our customers wants to have alog file for all in/out call ).

it can be done by My instant communicator application. It's a very power full application used for Messaging ( Voice mail, fax mail, email), My Phone ( 4980 thin client and thick client), My assistant ( basically filtering calls) and My team work ( instant messaging, File sharing, application sharing, audio conference, vedio conference)

From IC R 5.0 a single license will do above application access.
