ringing on multi line set

Hi,
I have specfic req., I have 4 set of 4020 with multilines enabled on 2 keys,
when the user of that set is busy on a call and any other users calls him, then set should generate ringing sound on that busy set on multiline key.
if possible pls give me a solutions on it.

second point for same case as above, when the user of that set is busy on a call and any other users calls him, the called person hear a beep on the handset of incoming call on multiline key, I like to known the tone no of that beep and timer no. so that I will be able to generate the beep periodically to attract the attention of the called person to that call.

Pls help me on this

Are you using standard multiline or AMLA feature?

are there set supervision keys setup

U need to manage multi-line proporty in each of the 4020 users.

For most of the case "Overflow on no reply' should be set to True and "Overflow on busy" should be set to False.
