can i make Hotel guest/group wake up call from attendant set ?

if yes..how to do it ??

From the Attendant set, no.
From the hotel menu application, yes (choice 6)

It can also be done over AHL , i dont know what pms you are using but i know that fidelio from i think R7 supports it

Definitely Fidelio and R6.0.1 supports it.

edit, refering to the manual, an attendant set should be able to order an wake-up call. But mine is not allowed? any idees?

hmm, found this in the manual..

Note: Attendant on Alcatel-Lucent IP Touch 4068 Phone set can only support the following services:
•Attendant group state
•Like manager attendant group
•Entity state management
•Out of service trunk display
•Speed dial numbers use

And I have conformed that a 4068 can not order a wake-up call but if you use a 4035IP, its is possible.
