oxo-Cisco CCM VOIP

Hi,
We have a problem with our call set-up between the Alcatel oxo ALZYE510/023.004 and Cisco CCM servers.we connected both system via VPN network to set-up VOIP call .
we used H323 protocol , we can make outgoing call from Alcatel to Cisco ,but we have a problem in incoming call from Cisco CCM server to Alcatel .

have you created the oxo as a h323 gateway in the ccm - you will need to put the fndq in there for oxo

I am working on alcatel side I don't have any idea about cisco CCM . (there are another guys working on Cisco CCM ), they say that the problem is from alcatel system,so
what does it mean fndq?

fqdn fully qualified domain name - do you see the call hit the oxo?

I had a lot of problems with the H323 fast start option if we would like to work with a Cisco gateway. So try to use simple Gateway instead of Gateway Fast Start in the ARS table
