oxe root commands
If you logged as "root" you can use "netadmin" command (f.e. in release D2.314.7), but some command you cannot use (f.e. "termstat") because OS don't know where is this command.
If you want works under "root" account (I not undestand for what reason), you must declear full path (to catalog where this command exist).
I suggest to use mtcl (for some command mtch) account. You can use command "help" - you can find which commands exist only under "mtch" account.
In Enterprise (R5.0Lx and higher) mtch account not exist.

i want to use netadmin for security purpose. if you are logged in as mtcl, you cannot access security section under netadmin. for this you need super user access. (root)
