Power Fail Cut Through on PRA-T2 card

Post by roly@rbmit.com.au »

Hi All

is it possible to do have a power fail cut through on a PRA-T2 card ? If so, what do I need to do set it up ? If not through the OXO itself, what would I need to provide the facility to my system ?

Thanks for any advice.

What do you mean by cut through?

If you mean you have had a power fail and now the PRA-T2 is not working, you will most likley need to replace it.

Same as the PFCT (Power Fail Cut Through) on the AMIX cards. In the event of a power failure all inbound calls get routed to a particular port so you still have some functionality.

Thanks for the confirmation - I couldn't see any mention of it in the Expert Documentation.

Is there an external solution that I might be able to look at ?
