Only red power light showing

Hi, a few days ago all our phones stopped working. Nothing is shown on their displays. Upon checking the box only the Power LED is lit (red).
I have tried disconnecting the power for a minute, and a new power cable, to no avail.
Any advice is much appreciated!

From the documentation, flashing red = shutdown in progress, red = shutdown completed.
Are you sure the power button is pressed IN?

Hi Frank,

No lights are lit when the button is pressed in. This was the state it was in when we first noticed the phones had gone off.Thanks.

Did you have a power failure?
If no light are lit, it is most likely a power issue.
Did you check the breaker on this outlet? Is the unit plugged on a USP? Is it plugged on a protected line?

I don’t believe we had a power failure, no. The breakers are all fine and the socket appears to have no issues (adjacent plug is powering the rest of the boxes and have tried two different power cables, both of which have a green light on when receiving power).
Unsure on the exact terminology, but I don’t believe there is an uninterrupted supply of power, it’s just standard plug socket).

ok - If you are in a commercial building, it does not take a power failure. A Bad storm can surge things around.
Is this unit in a Server room? Is there any other sensible units which fried?

Yes, it’s in a server room but every other unit appears to be working fine.

Most likely not grounded properly, or UPS. I never had a board fried in 20 years for any other reason than that.
