Hunt Group Call Forward

Hi

Can we program Hunt Group Call forwarding? e.g. We have a hunt group 300 with 3 members in it (members does not use group entry/exit code) and group is configured as sequential or cyclical (not parallel).... Now, can one of the users dial call forward prefix and forward all calls (internal and external) coming to hunt group 300 to his mobile phone?

if we use call forward on phone, it forward the calls coming to that specific extension but hunt group calls still ring on member phones (even if phones are forwarded)....

no, you have to put the mobile phone into the hunting group.
(you can use remote extension license, in case of external gsm phone.)

We do not have remote extension licenses on system.... If we use group entry / exit feature... if all members exit group, can calls go to externa no. then.?

We got it working through Group entry / exit option... Only problem i am facing is the delay in call landing on hunt group... internal calls ring instantly on hunt group members but external calls ring 4-5 times before ringing on the hunt group member extension... if both members are out of group it take around 15-20 seconds before ringing on the external destination..is there any timer to manage this???

Can i get a short explanation how i can put a mobile phone number into a hunting group by using remote extensions ? I´m currently facing this problem...many thanks !!!

Hi,
just create a user with an internal number remote extension in oxe for the mobile phone number.
after this you can program the internal number into one of your hunting groups.
