SIP Trunk between two PBX

Post by urutaugg »

Hello everyone, hope you well.

I'm really new with alcatel (i already worked with other brands) and i'm trying to configure a SIP trunk between an OXE and another PBX.
Actually, i already did it, but is not working in the best way.
I have an OXE extension 5244 and another PBX with the extension 5343.
If i want to call from OXE to the other PBX, i need to dial 0+5343 because i did it through ARS. In prefix plan the 0 is ARS Prof. Trk Grp Seizure.

I already read the documentation but it's not easy to understand.

How can i do to dial only 5343 to call the another PBX extension?
The ABC-F SIP Trunk, is only for ale products?

Many thanks in advance

Create Speed dial (Abbreviated number) 5343 with call number 05343.
