I would like to know if there is a .deb or any other version for Linux of Alcatel IP Desktop Softphone. I know there are some Linux alternatives, but I don't know which one is the best... I am currently trying to configure Jami, but I am still missing some information on the server side.
Is there a Linux or Windows command that I can use to find out these settings? Where can I find them?
It's been a long battle, but we moved again our server to another cloud service, protecting ourselves from (sadly) Chinese IP Addresses, which would bring down AlcatelUnleashed. Hopefully, this is now under control. Feel free to contact us through the CONTACT US link at the bottom of this page if you have any question. Happy browsing!

For Linux, there’s no official Alcatel IP Desktop client. You can use alternatives like Jami, Linphone, or Zoiper, and check server settings via SIP account details or network traces.
