Hello,
Could you please share your ideas for configuring the following:
I want to route a DDI number to 3 users which will ring simultaneously.
Each user also wants to be able to answer the call in Rainbow.
All users want to consult the missed calls.
Each user also has a direct DDI number that the other 2 will not be able to answer.
Thank you in advance,
Sofia

DID Translator to a UA Virtual with either MLA or Multiline
Set supervision of the UA Virtual to each of the 3 sets who want to ring when this DID is called
Rainbow setup for each extension - check if Rainbow works with Set Supervision and/or MLA - I cant remember this one
DID Translator setup so those extensions have their own DID

Re: Looking for configuration suggestions..
Hello Frank,
Thank you for your reply. I am having a headache with the missed calls. I have set an overflow on no reply on the virtual ua but still if the call is released before the overflow no one can see the missed call in case none of the 3 users answers.
Set supervision on Rainbow is working,
Kind regards,
Sofia

Ha.
No, if a call is released before an overflow, then only the set where the call rang will show the missed call.
You might be able to do something with Ring Group where I believe there is an option to show a missed call if none in the group answered the call.
