Not able to import a firmware

Hello everyone,

I wanted to upgrade the firmware on 7 OS2260 with Omnivista 2500 (NMS 4.9R1 GA (Build 24, 09/16/2024)).
But when I try to import my new firmware, I got an error : "Zip File does not include software.lsm or software.issu or version_description.json"

The firmware that I try to import is "OS2260_5.2.26.R06_GA.zip" and it contain a file name software.lsm
I also try the firmware "OS2260_5.2.25.R05_GA.zip", but I get the same result.
(I got those firmware on myportal)

But I never had any problem to import firmware of OS6560 and OS6360, and succeed to upgrade my switchs.

Have you any documentation or tips to help me ?

Hello,

The software archive you downloaded from Myportal contains a nested directory, in which there are actual software files, including software.lsm file.
This structure is not understood by omnivista. To fix it, please make sure the software files are in the root of the archive.

Indeed, it works, I just unzip and zip the content of the folder, and I was able to import it on the Omnivista.
