Help obtaining an Alcatel-Lucent's phone's IP address

Hello everyone:

I am the Helpdesk Manager at a small western Pennsylvania university, and we have ran into an issue of dropped calls on these VOIP phones.
In order to help our Network admin be able to monitor the network, we need to know how to obtain the phone's IP address.

If somebody could provide instructions, that would be great!! The model is an IP Touch 4028.

We just need to know how to find this for future reference.

if you have acces to the pbx management (omnivista, telnet or serial):
command ippsat to the xoe
from the menu select 2 you wil get the :Display IP Phone data of a set : 2

or under mgr /
users (enter)
go down in hierarchie
select TSC IP
put the extension number and CTL V

OR FROM SET it self go to the menu by navigation key select info , haven' t an ip touch under my hand, but hit I key
