Notification destination Printer Not Ok

Hi guys ! any help Gurus
getting a headash to make it work
scneario:
otfc r9.1 and win2019 serv as OS
direct routing table managed to a printer
printing test page is ok but printing the faxes is KO ,

Getting this error in the smpt log
Executing print command : Executable does not exist

Look for the path for the "print" command in ms dos SHELL.
If not in the path, add it through the local variables.
