Problem Console port switch 6450 Alcatel

Hello Friends!

I need help, so I have problem in to connect by console in switch Alcatel Model 6450, I do not to conecct by console. I Write the paramerts:
baud rate: 9600
parity none:
data bits (word size): 8
stop bits: 1
flow control: none

I do not to console port this switch, why? HELP HELP

are you using the correct db9/rj45 adapter?
Are you using a strait patch cord?
when the switch boots do you see any output on the console (putty for example)
The cisco (blue) cable doesn't work !!

Putty no going forward to login screen, it's blank
