ALE-300 for OmniPCX

Hi,

Got problem with ALE-300 and suddenly it doesn't not working properly
- actual tab was found into another tab.
-Like the main is on info and main is totally blank
- When you press a button, it became blank screen or you can see only background
- can't log off any ACD agent and can't disconnect the extension

Tried reset to defaults but still have the same issue as mention above.
Tried to change the tcp ip of the main ext mac-address but still same issue

Can't delete it and only showing "Object -1: Attribute 0: Set unavailable in attendant in a bad state"
After i change mac-address of the actual ext and input the ext to the new phone it says "features rejected" (i think it still attached to the old phone- same model)

Is there anyway that I can disconnect the old phone to the extension (ext) ?

try to remove the Mac address from the extension

I found the problem with ALE-300 that having issue when wireless module was install.
