How do I learn about Alcatel OmniPCX?

Hello, I work for a fairly large company and we manage many OmniPCX and other PBXes, such as teldat, grandstream etc. But our primary central office is OmniPCX. Over time I have learned through fighting the pbx and reading forum posts here, and the odd guess, but is there any official documentation/tutorials/certification any material of any sort that I could buy/find/use/read to actually properly learn about these things? For context, i am also pretty young, so T1/E1, primaries, nbma networks and all these sorts of things are very alien to me. What resources do you recommend so i can really learn?

I have spent quite some time scrolling through posts trying to fix issues creating sip external gateways, ARS table entries and the like. Our company has access to the ALE "myportal" but i'm not sure where to find any really useful docs pertaining to omnipcx pbxes.

You need to understand Alcatel doc structure. In previous version was better (doc for R8 f.e.).
In your case - you need to read file like oxe12.4_sd_IP_PCXNetworks from system doc - you will have description, explanation, maintenance and examples.
