Softpanel counters not showing

HI all,

Anyone would know why some counter like NbOfWaitingCalls would show up for certain queues as an options in the widgets, but not for other queues (queues are setup the same way)..? It's driving me nuts. Version 6.15.3.0

Hey Frank! LTNS!

Assuming this is connectedto CCD Std/OXE... I've had this a few times on various versions. Usually due to RTI Connector issues.

I would stop:

- SP Server Service
- Stop RTI Connector
- Restart CCS Service
- Restart RTI Connector
- Restart SP Server Service

Then keep an eye on the RTI Logs and keep refreshing till it's settled. Ensure you can see the queues that were missing are now being monitored. Then have a look in your SP Views Config screen and see if your missing queues now show up. Also, remove any spaces when you add & name the queues in the SP Stats builder
