Configure Tftp Server alcatel 4018 ip

Hi, I'm trying to configure an IP Touch 4018 to connect to a TFTP server set up on Asterisk, but I can't find the TFTP server option in the phone settings. I have been watching videos and searching for information, and in those sources, the TFTP option appears in the network settings. However, this option does not appear in my phone's configuration.

Unfortunately, I don't see that option on my phone. Would it be possible to perform a factory reset? If so, could you please guide me on how to do it?
