Hello people, I hope everyone is well.
Dear friends, I am currently setting up a PRI connection between an OXO and a Grandstream GXW4502 and a SIP Provider.
Right now incoming calls work fine, but outgoing calls have a little problem.
If I dial the trunk group prefix (0) + the desired number, the OXO does not allow me to dial the entire number, it only allows me to dial a single number and immediately seems to go to conversation (but thereis not since I did not complete to dial the desire number.
But:
If I dial the desired number through a abbreviated number, the call goes well without any problem and the coversasion is perfect.
Does anyone have any idea if there is a timer or some other parameter that can be changed that allows to dial the phone number manually digit by digit without using abbreviated numbers?
Thanks for your time and consideration.
Regards
AFlores

Re: OXO PRI to Grandstream GXW4502
I think you need to manage Grandstream GXW4502 - dialling digits by digits, collect dialed digits according ext numbers format.
Re: OXO PRI to Grandstream GXW4502
Hello VAD, the GXW4502 it is just a Gateway that interconect the PRI with the SIP provider (like an interpreter). There isn´t to much options to configure.
I will explain btter: let say I´m going to call to the numbre "9876543" and the trunk group prefix is "0" so I press 0 and recibe dial tone to dial the number, I start to dial the numbre 9876543 and as soon I dial the first number, the 9, it goes right but as soon I dial the 8 it seems that the trunk just pass to conversation and did not alow me dial the entire number.
If, a configure a abreviated number, let say 8699 with content: 9876543 and select the respetive trunk group, them I dial 8699 the call goes right immediately and the call is succeded. It seem that the abreviated facility dial very very very ...fast the number mean wile dialind one by one it is not so fast.
Thanks for your reply.

Re: OXO PRI to Grandstream GXW4502
can you make atrace when ou dial 8699 , looks like there is an issue at gx4502 with over lapping
WHAT HAPPENS when you dial by bloc if it's possible in oxo(as oxe; 0= prefix tgp seize without over lapping)
or may be a 183 PRAK IS RECEIVED FROM SIP

Re: OXO PRI to Grandstream GXW4502
Hello Friends. The case was solved.
It is an old "normal" behavior of dialing in OXO.
You can find the solution at the OXO TC TC1398en-Ed10_Release_Note_Noteworthy_addresses_OXO_Connect (and also in some older TC's).
Look at the Timers labels: IsdnBlkTim. I change the label just as the example on the TC and works fine, immediately without restarting the PBX.
Thanks to all.

Timers for switching to block mode dialing? Ok, clear.
