Voice Guide file transfer error

Hi ,

I am trying to load the voice guides for OmniPCX common hardware with CS-3 and GD-4 board only. I am getting an error while transferring.
Can someone please help me with the steps for this transfer. I have followed the system documentation, however i need to get past this error to follow the futher procedure. I have attached the picture of the error. Many thanks in advance

can you provid us a screenshot with the error message not in front of the log display ?
