How to clear status change

I would like to know if is possible to clear status change when I do « show interface » for reset counter.

interface x/xx no l2 statistics

clear interface x/xx l2-statistics

Unfortunately, this command clear all statistics except the line « Number of Status Change : x »

in my opinion there is no way to clear the count of status changes .... beside reboot of the switch.

Same here, I do not know of any other way to set the status changes to zero, it's a value not covered by l2-statistics, which makes sense, since such a status change is layer 1.
