4400 - Mercom

Hi , do someone have any idea about merom ,audiolog system , iam using this system for recording conversation for the incoming calls ,incoming trunks are connected in parallel way to the 4400 and mercom ,and through CDR mercom is getting the informations of the extensions calls , but i can't make link between the CDR data and mercomrecorded data-i.e u can't know to which extesnion was this record ,,,if some one have an idea or can help finding any forum for mercom it will be agreat help

Not sure if this helps, depends on your solution. I'm not familiar with this product, but for the NICE recording solution there was a couple of things need to be done in the PCX for the CSTA side.

If it's not using DR link then may need to do this (as mtcl)

mkdir /usr3/csta
cd /usr3/csta
getpilconf yourhostname

this creates a list of all extensions for csta monitoring.

this is all from memory from a few years ago, it may depend on the S/W release of the PCX too, anyhow mught be of some use
