Console access problem

Hello,
when i delete vcboot.cfg from certified and working dir reboot my switch, than our switch gone to vc mode. our console port working correctly by login page can't come. Our switch show Auto-Fabric-Event: STP_Global_Config: FTP moe changed to FLAT. I can't working anything on my switch. Please help me.

I understand that you can't login - you do not see any login prompt. Correct? Press Enter, restart your terminal program (putty), check the settings (9.600, 8N1) use another computer. Do you use the RS232 or the usb console? For usb you need a special driver.
