Trunk seize on 8001 SIP phones

Hello,

I have a few Alcatel 8001 SIP phones that
1. can make internal calls (including other types of phones for example analog or NoE)
2. cannot make external calls on E1 by using the # prefix. NoE phones use the # prefix to seize the E1

How can I use the # prefix on the 8001 phones to seize the E1 trunk and make external calls?

Hi as per as i know , in sip world you have options on how to send # :
1-as it is+or 2- change it to %23
connect to 8001 via browser or by phone it should be Under phone parameters / call and play with parameters according to oxe config (prefix),
