You need access to the business portal (for ALE partners only), or you ask the supplier of the switches (he should help you) or you can copy the file from an other OS6465 (via ftp, scp or USB).

I want to upgrade the OS6465-P6 firmware . but I have no firmware for it. and I can`t download the firmware on business portal because i have no account for it. So, I will try to upgrade by copying files from another switches to USB drive . is it possible ? Could you please tell me how the steps to copy file ( nos.img etc,,) to USB drive ?.
