I need help on Polycom OmniTouch 4135

Good evening everyone, I have a problem with the Omnitouch model from Alcatel Lucent 4135 ip conference phone. It turns out that when I reset it, the admin password on the polycom passes and is 1234 but when I want to login as admin on the web interface, this same account does not pass. On the notice the profile accounts (default, … profile5) is 0000. None pass. I need help please to troubleshooting an Omnitouch 4135 polycom IP conference phone.
