I have a problem with my PABX configuration which worked very well until yesterday

It turns out that the numbering plan of the country has changed from 8 to 10 digits and since then I can no longer receive calls from outside on the switchboard and some internal calls no longer go to numbers with a prefix specific (example: 07)

And what is your question?
For incoming call you need to manage DID translation rules (if your PBX OXE, if provider send now 10 digits instead of 8, if you use DID translation ...)
For specifix prefix - my magic ball say me nothing. (may be you have wrong Calling number, may be this is Speed Dial for external call with prefix+number and you need to change number 8-->10 digits).
