Connectors and signal descriptions for EHS

I would like to know how the Electronic Hook Switch works on an Alcatel-lucent 4039, with the description of connexions, signals and voltages. I do not have access to the business portal.
I found this document relative to the new Pegasus telephones (am-pegasus-terminals-accessories-management-8al90381enaa-1-en.pdf), is there a way to get the same description for older phones ?
